  • Namakwa Diamonds & Storm Mountain Diamonds announce the discovery and upcoming sale of ‘The Pink Palesa’.

    The 21,86 ct natural pink diamond will be sold in Antwerp by Bonas Group. The stone was discovered on the 18th of May at the KAO mine in Lesotho. The Palesa, derived from the local Sesotho word for ‘flower’, will travel to Antwerp to be offered for sale during KAO’s next sale.  

  • Namakwa Diamonds has announced the discovery and upcoming sale of an exceptional Fancy Pink "Pink Dawn" diamond, 25.97ct, which was uncovered in October last year by Storm Mountain Diamonds at Namakwa's Lesotho KAO Mine. Viewings take place at Bonas Group's offices in Antwerp, during the first KAO sale of this year (KAO-2101), between January 25 and closing on February 4, 4PM CET via online highest bid tender (https://kaobids.com).

  • Namakwa Diamonds, the majority owner of the KAO mine in Lesotho, has announced the discovery and upcoming sale of its latest exceptional find, a 29.59 carat Fancy Pink diamond, named ‘The Rose of KAO’. The Rose was found on 12 June this year at Namakwa Diamond’s flagship mine KAO in Lesotho (owned 74.99% by Namakwa Diamonds, the rest by the government of Lesotho). The Rose will be shown and tendered in Antwerp with Bonas-Couzyn NV during KAO's fourth sale of the year (KAO-1804) from late September to early October.
